Outlook Calendar Sharing Settings. Select a calendar you want to share. The custom option in outlook calendar sharing and permissions allows you to specify the level of access you want to grant to others who view your calendar.
Click calendar icon in lower left corner. Press add and choose a recipient.
Select Calendar ≫ Share Calendar.
Select ok and add recipients with default permission.
